Calendar App for traveling to China? LAX-Shanghai

I'll be traveling to China in late October. I tend to use google calendar but I heard that it no longer works over there and that in fact everything Google related is out of service there.
I've been transitioning the event to my icalendar since apparently that should still work but I also want to use the structured app (I have an iphone) to map out the day but Idk if that would work in China and I can't see any straight answers online (schedule is based on events in icalendar).
Anybody know if it does? Any alternatives that worked for you?

Structured will work. The key point: it accesses your local iPhone calendar, not Google servers.
Google Calendar is blocked in China on local networks, which is why you’re shifting everything to iCalendar. iCloud sync works normally here.
Import all your plans before arrival. Once loaded into iCloud Calendar, Structured can show your schedule offline. Occasional slow iCloud sync on bad hotel Wi‑Fi can happen, but your existing itinerary won’t disappear.
As alternatives, TickTick is solid if you want a backup planner.
Also, I’d suggest getting a VPN ready ahead of your trip. It lets you avoid all these connectivity headaches. Important: install and test it before you enter China.
