How do I set a clear hotel pickup point in DiDi when I do not speak Chinese?
Large hotels seem to have several entrances and I am worried that a driver will wait on the wrong side. What is the simplest way to set my pickup point and communicate if I cannot take a Chinese phone call?

Message the driver through the app if needed rather than relying on a phone call. A screenshot of the hotel entrance can also make the meeting point clearer.

Save the hotel name and street address in Chinese before you leave the room. For large properties, ask reception which entrance they use for ride-hailing pickup.
