Which translation apps should I download before arriving in China?
I do not read Chinese and want to prepare my phone before landing. Which translation features are most useful in real life, and should I download offline language packs or save key addresses in advance?

Download an offline Chinese pack, save your hotel and key destinations in Chinese, and test camera translation before the trip. Screenshots are often faster than typing.

Translation is great for short practical messages, but do not rely on it for medical or legal nuance. Keep emergency contacts and important allergies in a prepared card.
